Now it's the turn of Oslo artist Ramón Andresen aka Ramón to make his first big mark. 'Underwater' tips a hat to key modern R&B and pop singers from current mainstream don Justin Bieber to underground king Erik Hassle, with Ramón's expressive warble tapered around sharp production of pitch-bent synths and an array of high-gloss beats.
